Refund policy

Our refund policy is simple. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you’ll get your money back, no questions asked. All that we need is for you to send the moulds back (at your cost) in their unused state. We can then offer you a credit for the amount or refund you the amount. 

If you wish to return something because you changed your mind or no longer have use fot it, no problem at all. Simple return the earlier item back to us in an unused and unopened condtion (at your cost) and we’ll keep the amount as credit for your future order.

All our moulds are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This means, if we ever end up shipping a mould that is torn, has heavy staining, or otherwise any reasonable person would say was not fit for use, we will replace or refund your money as soon as the faulty product is returned, shipping costs included. 

However we do not offer guarantees on the life of the mould. There are simply too many factors involved that affect the epoxy-silicone relationship such as humidity, heat, and mixing quality that we cannot guarantee the number of castings. We can tell you that we take quality very seriously, use high quality branded raw materials, pay close attention to the surface finish, and that our customers do get more than the average number of castings from a cheaper quality mould. 

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided on items that have been used, therefore please carefully check the moulds before using for the first time.

If an item is missing in your order, please let us know immediately. A video of the unboxing is required to confirm the missing item. We will send out the missing item as soon as possible.

There is a chance that the item may get damaged during transit. If this happens please notify us immediately with photos of the damaged parcel and items and we will initiate a replacement (not refund) as soon as possible.

All refund/replacement requests must be received 5 days from the date of delivery, else we will assume that all products have been happily accepted and you are busy creating!
